Please tell us how you joined GTN.

I like working with people, and I wanted to do a job that touched people's lives, so in my previous job, I worked for a staffing company, and as a job advertisement salesperson, I was doing tele appointments to acquire new customers. I was. At that time, I was introduced to GTN by a former colleague who changed jobs at GTN.

At GTN, I learned that members of various nationalities work together regardless of nationality, gender, or age. I was. I decided to join the company because I felt excited when I imagined myself working at GTN through stories from my colleagues and interviews.

What kind of work are you doing now?

We are improving operations related to administrative work in the guarantee business and building new operations.

Specifically, I simplify the administrative flow, prepare system modification request forms, and make adjustments so that administrative work can be performed without delay when new products or operations start.

In my work, the opinions of the members who actually do the work are very important, so it is necessary to understand the troubles of the members who are doing the work and the work flow that causes stress. I try to deepen my understanding of each other by talking to them during my daily work, and by having them teach me the work process and actually experiencing it myself, before proceeding with my work.

The members come from a wide range of backgrounds and ages, and because of that, they have various voices, so I try to communicate with various people so as not to miss anything.

Was there a gap after joining the company?

In a good way, I think that the distance between employees is such that they do not interfere with each other too much.

Before I joined the company, I saw the contents of the website and heard stories from my peers. I think it's good that I can participate without difficulty according to my style. I am the type to look forward to company events, so I participate as much as possible. No one interferes with your rest, some people take it for a long time, and some people take it frequently. It's a comfortable environment.

When do you feel rewarded?

I feel rewarded when I receive feedback on my work.

My work is related to the part where the members actually use it to do their work, so I can hear their impressions of actual use in a timely manner. Of course, we are happy to receive positive feedback such as "No mistakes", "Work efficiency has improved", etc., but we are also happy to receive requests such as "This part is difficult to use" and "I want you to do more like this". This leads to further operational efficiency. By improving operational efficiency, the reliability of products increases, and as a result, you can feel that it is connected to improving the quality of services.

 

Please tell us about your future goals.

I was promoted to a Leader position about a year ago, so first of all, as a Leader, I would like to improve the structure of the team. The administration of the guarantee business is still outdated and there is still room for improvement. The goal is to build operations so that members can focus on tasks that can only be done by humans while utilizing digital tools.

In terms of my own career, I would like to gain more experience and take on various challenges. GTN is a company that encourages you to take on challenges, and opportunities are given equally, so I think it depends on your own motivation.

Pregnancy and childbirth may be one of the steps in my future life, but GTN's senior mothers are all doing their best, so I don't want to give up on both work and private life and want to leave a mark.
